Details
The ground floor sitting room overlooks the rear garden and has a double sofa bed, television, DVD player and a collection of DVDs. There is plenty of reading material, including maps and guide books to the surrounding area, and a selection of toys and board games for children.
The sitting room on the first floor has glorious views from Holme to Titchwell and is a delightful place to relax and bird watch. This room has a selection of Lloyd loom chairs, tea tables and a day bed (comfortable 3’ single). We’ve deliberately kept the furniture light here so you can move it around to suit your needs. The internet router is located in this room.
The generous kitchen - which also overlooks the coast - has recently been refurbished. The kitchen contains a large dining table, electric oven and hob, under-counter fridge/freezer and all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. The adjacent walk-in pantry houses a microwave, iron and board and a picnic set.
The first bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is furnished with a double (4’6”) bed, combination wardrobe and bedside chests of drawers. The second bedroom overlooks the front garden and has a double (4’6”) bed, large chest of drawers, hanging space for clothes, and bedside tables.
The shower room has a large cubicle with electric shower, toilet and washbasin with shaving socket. The small utility area at the rear entrance has a washing area, washing machine and storage cupboard - useful after returning from a busy day on the beach or out walking.
Outside, there is a small front garden and a large enclosed rear garden with mature borders, rose arbour, a large patio with garden furniture and a 'beach' shed. The 'beach' shed contains folding chairs, a windbreak, badminton net and rackets, boules and crabbing equipment, which can all be used by our guests. The driveway can accomodate up to three cars.
